AN IMPROV WORKSHOP FOR UNCERTAIN TIMES with Resident Company Member Bruce Randolph Nelson

Improv isn’t about being funny—it’s about being present. This three-hour beginner session uses core improv principles like “Yes, and,” deep listening, and collaboration to build compassion, openness, and resilience. Through playful, low-pressure exercises, participants learn to respond instead of react, support instead of control, and stay curious instead of defensive. The skills transfer directly to everyday life—relationships, work, creativity, and leadership. You’ll leave feeling energized and connected. No experience required—just a willingness to show up and say yes.
